Ignas Staškevičius Chairman of the Management Board
Ignas joined NDX energija in February 2008. Prior to this, he had been heading holding companies, engaged in pharmacy and food retail businesses.

Petras Jašinskas Member of the Management Board
Petras joined UAB NDX energija in 2007. Previously, since establishment in 2002 he had worked in AB VST, where he had lately taken the position of the Head of strategic planning.
Petras has a Master degree with distinction in Business Administration and Management from Kaunas University of Technology.

Marijus has joined the Management Board of UAB NDX energija in 2011. Previously, Marijus was a attorney-at-law and member of the Management Boards of UAB NDX energija's related companies.
Marijus has a professional degree in Law from Vilnius University and a professional degree in Business Management from Vilnius University International Business School.
